Meditation Practice

I am Paty Scanlan, a Mexican yogi who started practicing yoga in 2014. Curious to deepen my practice, I did my 200 YTT in Brisbane followed by different anatomy and meditation workshops. Inspired by the need to run classes with precise teaching and cuing, I started a mentorship that focused on anatomy and communication so that I can provide the necessary assistance, with the proper posture variations, to offer a safe class experience.
I have been leading community classes since 2019 and have now opened a new weekly class that focuses on establishing the fundamentals of yoga and exploring the nature of being to align our body, mind and spirit, but also to create a space of encounter between Latin America and Australia.
