Maximiliano is a Master of Development Economics (Advanced) from The University of Queensland, and Bachelor of Economics Sciences from the University of Santiago of Chile. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Queensland, researching on internal migration trends. Maximiliano’s research and academic experiences include teaching industrial organization at the University of Santiago of Chile, teaching econometrics and operation research at the University of Guayaquil (Ecuador), and researcher at The Economic Commission for the Latin America and the Caribean of the United Nations (UN-ECLAC).
